Christmas Day
Christmas Day (December 25th) is the day that
we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
Although the date of Christmas was established as early as the 3rd century,
and even though there were other mid-Winter celebrations, Christmas itself
was not particularly celebrated until the Middle Ages.
Today on Christmas Day, there are many activities that we enjoy, including
exchanging and opening Christmas presents,
and eating Christmas dinner.
